The Leaf El Paseo Plans 1-Year Anniversary Bash

The Palm Desert cannabis dispensary will host a day of food, music & discounts.

PALM DESERT, CA — The Leaf El Paseo, a cannabis dispensary on El Paseo in Palm Desert, will mark its first anniversary on Saturday, March 14 with a community event, along with other events planned throughout the month

On March 14, The Leaf will be serving food from Casuelas Café, along with hosting music with local DJ Dynamic Dave and green-thumb tips from the Leef Organics potting class. Also offered will be raffles and 15-percent discounts on products with cannabis consultants on hand to answer questions.

“It’s been one year since we opened with the goal of providing an up-scale, welcoming, and safe cannabis retail location,” general manager Paul Cotterell said. “We are proud to have met this goal and will continue to elevate our customers’ experience.”

Other anniversary-related events during March include:

  • Mocktails & Music from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on March 7, 13, 21 and 28, featuring Michael Keeth, Michael James and other local musicians.
  • Industry Appreciation Day: On March 31, the business will offer a 20-percent, in-store discount to coincide with one of the largest California Brand Expos “Hall of Flowers” being held in the Coachella Valley April 1 and 2. Anyone with proof of employment in California’s cannabis industry will receive 20 percent off The Leaf’s product line.

The Leaf El Paseo caters to customers seeking cannabis products for medical, therapeutic and recreational use. Located at 73740 El Paseo between Larkspur Lane and San Luis Rey Avenue, the business is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for those 21 or older. Follow this link for additional information.
